On Tuesday and Thursday evenings in the summer (most weeks) we meet and train together in a friendly and warm environment. This training is aimed at the children who are interested in racing. It is not coaching, but it is intended for like minded people who would like to improve their fitness and speed. If you are interested in coming along please get in touch, (on the contact us page) all welcome, but please note, you will need an adult with you if your under 16 and the intensity of the rides are much quicker than our club run on Sunday.
